About Graham Clark
I’ve always been driven to help make people’s working lives better. This drive has its roots in something that happened when I was in my late teens. My Dad, at that time Senior Tax Partner at a big London law firm, had a burnout at the height of his career. It was a tough time for him and our family.
Since then, I’ve been driven to help leaders make their organisations places where people can really thrive and give their best.
I became a Chartered Occupational Psychologist at the start of my career because I wanted to develop a scientific approach to what drives and motivates people at work. I worked in Consulting roles and led consulting teams and added coaching to my skillset in 2009 when I trained as an Advanced Executive Coach.
My approach now combines the latest thinking and practice in Psychology, Consulting and Executive coaching. I help leaders make positive change happen, getting the best from themselves and their people, and helping them create the kinds of workplaces that deliver great results and have a great culture.
As someone who’s passionate about making businesses as effective as possible, I’ve sat on Boards and managed P&L’s. I’ve trained and coached hundreds of leaders, and I’ve mentored, supervised and developed hundreds of professional coaches.
My clients say I’m warm and helpful as well as challenging and knowledgeable. It’s a privilege to do the work I do, and to help some of the most capable leaders in the world.
Away from work my biggest hobbies are wildlife photography and music.
